The Farm
Uncle B And Katy Lou's Farm is located in Richmond MA and produces a variety of vegetables, cut flowers and maple syrup. The farm sits on 11 acres of prime farming soils in the heart of the Berkshires. The goal of the farm is to grow healthy sustainable vegetables by growing each vegetable variety by it’s specific nutrient requirements. By giving the plants the exact nutrients they need it eliminates the need for chemicals to be applied to the plants. In return we are left with more nutritious and flavorful crops. An old Farmer once said “ If you feed the plant the plant will feed you.” The better nutrients we give are plants the more nutritious they will be for our bodies.
